Ron Kieras, President & CEO -  Elevation Solutions, LLC 

Ron has vast experience in Operations, Business Development, NPD, Engineering, Facilities, and Project Management. Throughout his career he has successfully built and managed multiple greenfield sites. He has hands-on experience in start-ups, acquisitions and turn-arounds all related to the plastics industry. Ron is an innovative thinker, inventor, and problem solver with over 60 patents/applications related to packaging, closures, and other specialty dispensing devices. He has also earned multiple R&D technical awards for outstanding achievement. Ron has facilitated the launch of many new projects and products with major CPG's utilizing injection molding, extrusion, compression molding, extrusion blow molding, offset and screen printing, labeling, and high speed assembly. He also has extensive experience in aerosols, plastic squeeze tubes, precision molded components, and a wide variety of dispensing systems and devices.

Ron received his MBA from Louisiana State University and his MS and BS degrees from Illinois State University focused on Plastics Engineering Technology. He is certified in Project Management and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
